Activities and Initiatives for Children and Youth

Children's Program (Infant - 5 years)
The Winnipeg MFRC pride itself on providing stimulating and warm environments for you and your children. Our experienced child care providers and group facilitators provide quality services in licensed settings. Groups are led with enthusiasm with the emphasis on fun! French curriculum available.

Youth (6 - 18 years)
Opportunities for youth at 17 Wing include drop-in programs for both teens and school-aged children held throughout the school year. All programs offer a safe environment for youth to explore new games and activities, challenge themselves, or just visit with friends.

• Children have opportunities for social interaction and learning
• Children and youth, to the extent they are able, participate in planning, evaluation and monitoring services and activities.
• Youth are engaged in community activities.
